Account Executive

Position Overview

DIREK LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling solutions to facility managers, building owners, and building managers. With a strong network in the FM industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across the UK. Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the FM industry, targeting facility managers, building owners, and building managers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and business objectives, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and influence product enhancements.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market developments to identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a 360 closing role, with a focus on the FM industry and a strong network within the sector.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building robust client relationships within the facility management space.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FM industry, including the sales cycles and decision-making processes involved.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a talent for articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of addressing client needs and overcoming objections creatively.

Self-Motivation: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
